The Irish composer Patrick Cassidy has been a favorite of mine since I first heard his score for Calvary (and subsequently tracked down and also loved his orchestral/choral works, "The Children of Lir" and "The Famine Remembrance.")
His music's not that easy to find, sadly. I've been searching for a recording of his (recently written-and-recorded) Latin Mass for a few years. No luck so far, but I'll keep you posted.
Today, though, I discovered that Spotify has a streaming version of his score for the Notre Dame-sponsored and PBS-produced documentary: 1916 The Irish Rebellion. You might need to get yourself an account to listen, but it's worth it. Great, great stuff. (And a special thanks to Deal Hudson for setting me on this course.)
