Best superhero origin story ever? It's not even about superheroes? "Real life doesn't fit in little boxes." It's M. Night's best story. Really about a marriage, built upon a lie.
This one's a bit derivative, sure; created to drum up interest in the forthcoming Coco. But the craftsmanship and attention to detail in "Dante's Lunch - A Short Tail" are as excellent as ever.
One last "Stabat Mater," this time from a great (contemporary) favorite of mine, Metropolitan Hilarion Alfeyev. Very clearly Baroque influenced (and also a bit Hunt for Red October-y.)
